How do I order on-line?

  • Click on the product category that interests you. You may also use our "search" function at any time to find items.

  • When you see an item you like, click on it to get product details.

  • If you'd like to purchase it or even just think about it some more, click on the Add to cart button, which will add it to your Shopping Cart.

  • You may continue shopping by selecting items and adding them to the shopping cart.

  • When you are finished shopping simply click on the "View Basket " icon in the top navigation bar to view your order summary.

  • If you're not already logged in, you will be asked to login at this point. Please register if it's the first time you've shopped with us or simply Log In if you've ordered from our online store before.

  • Once you're logged in, you can review your order, change quantities and delete items. Remember to click on the Update button whenever you make any changes.

  • Then click on Checkout. You'll need a secure browser and your credit card to order online.

  • Verify your shipping information. If all items are going to you at your billing address, simply fill out the "Ship To" form. If you're sending your shipment to another address, fill out the "Ship To" form as well as the "Bill To" form.

  • Confirm your billing information. Select your Billing Method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Electronic Check) from the drop down menu and enter your payment information.

  • Click on the "Continue" button. You'll be able to review your order.

  • If everything looks good, simply hit the "Place My Order " button and we'll get your order on its way. If, for some reason, you want to make some changes to your order, just click on the "Continue Shopping" button.

  • Within one hour of submitting your order, you should receive an email that confirms we've received your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

What is your Privacy Policy?

  • Ceriello Fine Foods is firmly committed to protecting your privacy. We do not distribute a customer's information outside the Ceriello Fine Foods, LLC organization. This customer information is solely used to build and maintain a typical business-to-customer data base. Within the checkout process, we use an order form to enable your purchase of products. In connection with your purchase, we ask for contact and shipping information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) and billing information (credit card number, etc.). Should this policy change in the future, we will announce this change on this page of the website at least 15 days prior to the effective date of the change. To insure that you are aware of our current privacy policy, we suggest that you stop back and review this policy from time to time.

What is your Security Policy?

  • Some customer information is supplied to the company which processes your credit card purchases. All order information you provide to us and all information contained in your "Shopping Account" is transmitted using 128 Bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a widely used coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt or scramble data before you send it to us. Transactions will not be permitted if your browser does not accept SSL encryption. Only authorized personnel from Ceriello Fine Foods, LLC or its partners (Payment processor) can decode this information and such personnel will only do so in accordance with our or their Privacy Policy. In addition, to attempt to deter the theft of credit card numbers and other personal information residing in our system, we and our retail partners have installed secure "firewalls" and/or have implemented other security measures to help protect our systems against "hacker" break-ins. Additionally, all credit card numbers are encrypted in our system until either the customer or Ceriello Fine Foods, LLC requires the information.

We Ship:

  • UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for standard delivery

  • UPS or FedEx Overnight Air and 2 Day Air for Express shipments and perishable items (i.e. Butcher Shop and fresh prepared food items).

  • Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional shipping considerations. You will be contact prior to order processing with any additional information. Our shipping structure is setup to ship UPS ground within the continental United States. For shipping inquiries please e-mail us.

When do we Ship?

  • We only ship 5 days a week, Monday thru Friday, therefore all orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm EST, will ship on the following Monday.

  • Free ground shipping orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days.

  • Paid ground shipping orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days.

  • Perishable items such as items from our Butcher Shop will only be sent out overnight or 2 day air therefore all perishable item orders placed on Wednesday after 12:00 pm EST, will require overnight delivery or will be processed and shipped on the following Monday.. Saturday delivery is available at request for an additional delivery charge. Please contact our Customer Service department for to arrange Saturday delivery for your order.

What is our return policy?

  • All sales are considered final at time of shipment.

  • If you find it necessary to return an item to us due to damage/defective merchandise for replacement, contact the shipping carrier for the method of shipment you selected and request a pickup for damaged goods. Arrange to have the unopened merchandise sent back with all original packaging to Ceriello Fine Foods. If sending back Gift Baskets, please return the entire basket with all contents so we can properly replace/credit you as needed. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your invoice and a note describing the problem with the item(s). Although it is not required, we recommend you contact Ceriello Fine Foods Customer Service Department with details of your return. This will help us to ensure prompt turn-around time for your request.

  • All merchandise must be in new and unopened condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging, enclosed within a shipping carton and must include all packaging material. Baskets must contain all original items.

Out of Stock?

  • You can order with confidence that all the items that you order are in stock. However, unforeseen demand or manufacturer's delays occasionally result in items that are out of stock. If at time of order an item is not in stock, our customer service department will contact you, if you agree we will put it on order for you. These will be shipped as soon as we receive them from our suppliers. You may cancel a back-ordered item at any time by contacting our Customer Service department. Ceriello Fine Foods will pay shipping charges on all subsequent shipments after the initial one for back-ordered items.

Damaged in Delivery:

  • For your protection, please do not sign for merchandise until you inspect for damage. We make every effort to prevent shipping damage. In the event merchandise is received damaged or merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and take the following important steps:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS) -- Quickly contact your local UPS office for a Damage Inspection report. Request that UPS return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by UPS and we'll arrange for reorder or credit.

  • Federal Express (FedEx) -- Quickly contact your local FedEx office for a Damage Inspection report. Request that FedEx return the merchandise to us. Please do not return the merchandise yourself, as this may delay your reorder or credit. Contact our Customer Service Department with the Damage Call Tag number issued to you by FedEx and we'll arrange for reorder or credit.

Order Cancellations:

  • You may cancel your order for any reason prior to shipment and receive a refund. Should you desire to cancel an item, which has not been shipped, contact the Customer Service Department.

  • You will be advised if your order has been processed and shipped and may therefore still be canceled. If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay the complete return shipping and a restocking charge of 20% of the original order.

  • Due to their perishable nature, Butcher Shop orders may not be cancelled once the order has shipped.

Warranty Information:

  • Everything we sell is new "unused" and has been carefully inspected prior to shipment. Any item or items requiring authorized replacement shall be sent back to Ceriello Fine Foods at the customers sole expense. Items damaged in delivery will be replaced at no cost to the customer. Return shipping charges for warranty items will be at the sole expense of the customer.

General Information:

  • Purchaser, by placing an order, makes an offer to purchase pursuant to these terms and conditions, which offer, if accepted by Ceriello Fine Foods, is accepted within the State of New York, and or State of Connecticut and purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of New York and or State of Connecticut for the limited purpose of dispute arising between the parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws of the State of New York and or State of Connecticut shall apply.

  • By opening or using a product purchased from us, the purchaser agrees to be bound by the term and conditions of sale as set forth below. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of sale, please ship the product back to us unopened within 5 days of receipt via UPS Ground Service shipping for a full refund, less restocking fees and shipping and or handling charges.

  • Ceriello Fine Foods makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchase, and seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.

  • Ceriello Fine Foods will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Ceriello Fine Foods in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monastery value of the merchandise purchased.
